Founder of Xen'Carcer
This is the Dokka who not only helped orchestrate The Great Migration with the Dii Kin, but was the social and cultural founder of Xen'Carcer, once known as the New World.
A practically unheard-of young political climber from Dokk who wanted to change the world for the better.
Mazell was brilliant, engaging, and very charismatic as a young Dokka and is still known as the divine pioneer of everything we know and live by on Xen'Carcer.
Although he was very modest in his personal life, he knew how to play the governing game and was a master of public relations, and kept great relationships with all the lead Governing Orders he had established and its Dokka who lived under them.
He was without arrogance, superiority, material motivation, and ill intent.
A true hero to most Dokka and will always be known as the Dokka who saved our species.

Teleportation technology is one of the key instruments for how our whole world and each Governing Order operates.
Portals
Teleportation Boards, also known as Portals. Both before and whilst in use.
Used since the Great Migration nearly 1103 Xan ago.
For most transportation, including importing and exporting, commuting, travel, relocation, and waste management.

After the material, whether biological or otherwise, a light spotting residue will occur.
The teleportation board will then reconfigure, ready to transport something else.

There is TTS, Teleportation Transport Service.
The leading 3C service for relocation, travel, commuting and tourism.
LT is the Local Teleport.
These are much more commonplace for transporting Dokka within the same region. Used for commuting, tourism, shopping, shipping, and other general purposes.
Dii Kin
The Dii Kin are the alien race that came to Mazell Corell back on Dokk with an offer to transport them away from the dying world.
We are not 100% certain about precisely what the Dii Kin look like; this likeness is based on Mazell's explanations after multiple meetings and interactions with them.
Cave Noog
Evolution of Dokkas
Its was over 740,000 Dokk years from the humble Cave Noog to the Dokkas that are known in Xen'Carcer today.
The little Cave Noog was a foraging creature that ate small animals, fish, plants and fungi.
They began using tools, then discovered fire, and the evolution toward the modern Dokka began.
There were multiple breeds of Noog, with some having large ears while others had featureless heads, and differing types of hearing capabilities.
Their noses also looked different with some very flat and other much more pronounced. This was discovered by finding multiple frozen specimens deep in ice caves on Dokk.
The different breeds of Noog did evolve together and started to spread throughout the many regions on Dokk, which was a world with many cave systems all around the globe.
